Twice as Nice Jessica Simpson

I found a deal that made my day this morning.  Jessica Simpson has a deal on her website, Buy one pair of shoes, get a second pair for free!!!  Jessica knows how to throw a sale.  There are many styles to choose from, but this shoe is my favorite.

Jessica Simpson Samaria

 Jessica Simpson's are some of the best shoes out there.  Just look at the bright colors.  Your feet will pop in these for sure.  This is the Radical Red style.  I just love it.  The heel is 5 and a half inches but it also has a 2 inch platform which makes it easy to walk on.  It has a T-Strap ankle closure which just makes me happy.  You don't see that many shoes with a T-Strap, and I personally think it is one of the cutest looks in a shoe. 

Samaria Ivory

The Samaria also comes in Ivory which is just as lovely as the Red.  I always buy my Jessica Simpson's in a half to a whole size larger than what I normally take.  But everyone I have talked to agrees, they are some of the most comfortable shoes around.  The higher the better.

Swifty for Keds

Taylor Swift is taking over the world!!  She sings hit songs on both the Country and the Pop charts, She has a perfume line, and she makes numerous cameos in movies.  So isn't the next logical step to design your own line of Keds??!!

I have loved Keds since I was a little girl.  Keds remind me of summer, and carefree days.  Even in my hectic life now, when I put a pair on I feel transformed to a little girl on a swing.  Over the years I have collected many pairs, and they never go out of style.  I am planning on adding these to my collection.  Shoe on a Shoestring has them in RED, which is Taylor's signature color.

These are limited editions and they come with the RED logo on the back.  I heard a rumor that they will also start coming with serial numbers on them and even charms.  They retail for $44.99.

I was just browsing Macy's website the other day, and I came across a shoe that caught my attention because of the detail.

Isaac Mizrahi Ameya Smoking Flat

How cute is this!!  It is from Isaac Mizrahi New York.  They are Ameya Smoking Flats.  I love the adorable dog embellishment on the toe.  It is a suede shoe and it is on sale for 75% off the original price, so you might want to get this shoe now and save it for the Fall.  It is available in Bright Magenta and Black.  It has a one inch covered heel and has a beautiful quilted look.  Right now this designer shoe is only $54.99.  I am thinking of getting these and hiding them in the back of the closet.  It is always a treat to find a fabulous pair of shoes for the changing seasons.  I just can't stop looking at the Poodle detail....it is too cute!!!

A Dream Shoe

I was reading throught the February issue of Harper's Bazaar when a Hot Pink shoe made me daydream just for a little while.

Season of Crochet and Cork

This season we are seeing a lot of crochet and cork on shoes.  I love it, but I noticed some people are not digging the cork.  I did find this shoe from Lucky Brand that features crochet that I thought was very nice.

Lucky Brand Rilo Crochet Wedge

This is the Lucky Brand Rilo Crochet Wedge.  The crochet macrame fabric upper is the perfect Spring/Summer shoe.  It comes in beautiful colors, Mint, Natural, Tulip Pink, and Black.  It is a high shoe, with an almost 5 inch heel.  But it feels like almost 4 inches because of the platform.  I tried them on at Dillard's in the Cottonwood Mall and found them quite comfortable.  I always feel so short, but these really made me walk with my head held high.  I tried them on with a cute skirt and the outfit worked.  They retail for $89.  I would definitely add this to my shoe collection.  The only problem I can see is the open toe.  As we all know, sometimes with an open toe your foot slides to the front and can hurt after awhile.  But the cuteness of this shoe out weighs the pain in my opinion.
